BRIAN KOEHL

CEO

Brian has been leading teams in the IT Software Development and Staffing Industry for over 13 years.

At Computech (Group Company of WTA Consulting), Brian was responsible for greenfield growth with over $10 million of reoccurring Annual Sales as a Vice President. He worked to develop strategic partnerships to help enable year over year growth. During his time at Computech, Brian was responsible for over 100 resources. In 2021 Brian took over as the CEO of WTA Consulting and helped to grow head count and revenue within the first 24 months.

Brian has a bachelor’s degree from Heidelberg University where he was also a part of the Berg Baseball Program.

RICH RUSGO

VICE PRESIDENT

Rich has over 35 years’ experience in the IT field. Starting as an IT Manager who was responsible for automating the largest franchise of Midas Muffler. Rich has spent the last 25 years with WTA as their CFO focusing on accounting, financial, human resources, analysis, forecasting, sales and management.

Today, Rich is the Senior Vice-President at WTA leading WTA’s Staffing and Recruiting Services. Rich focuses on business development and customer relationships.

Rich has a bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University where he majored in Management Information Systems. Rich has a MBA from the University of Toledo where he specialized in Human Resources and Statistics.

DAVE ANDERSON

VICE PRESIDENT HEAD OF FRACTIONAL CIO

Dave leads a cross functional team of IT professionals delivering IT solutions, developing new product and service offerings, providing IT strategy and execution, and delivering Interim/Fractional CIO services.

As Libbey Glass CIO, Dave managed the global information technology organization (Application Development, ERP, Infrastructure, Database, Cloud and Security) and built scalable and secure IT services to support the current and future needs of the business with manufacturing operations in the US, Mexico, Holland, Portugal and China. Prior to Libbey, Dave was VP IT / CIO with NFO Research/World Group.

Dave has an MBA from Bowling Green State University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo.

DANNY JAQUES

DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS

As our Director of Strategic Accounts, Danny leads a dynamic team that is committed to elevating our clients’ experiences. With a proven track record of identifying opportunities, mitigating challenges, and exceeding expectations, Danny ensures that every client engagement is characterized by innovation, collaboration, and a clear focus on delivering value. With a career spanning over 13 years in the IT, Danny brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. Known for his strategic mindset, unwavering dedication, and exceptional leadership, Danny has consistently demonstrated a keen ability to navigate the complex landscape and deliver unparalleled results.

Danny has a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University where he majored in Management Information Systems and Finance.
